Hollow Knight Greenpath

This is a watercolor painting, based on the video game Hollow Knight where the knight rests atop a bench in Greenpath, with a Mossfly to keep them company. Greenpath has been a source of inspiration for me for years, coupled with the forest ambience, the critters hidden in the underbrush, and all the mysterious elements of glow and rock in the background. I wanted to capture this essence of Greenpath in this painting, and make it more immersive by imagining what the location would like in a 3D perspective, as if the viewer were walking down the pebbled path.
